Returning and Refunds
Our products are perishable and the company policy is not to accept returns. In case there is a problem with the products you receive, please contact us and we will find a solution.
If the goods are in any way damaged or defective, you will be provided with a free replacement. All you need to do is make a record of the condition when the order arrives. The best way to do this is to take a few photos and call us to report the complaint. The owner of the company will call you back after reviewing the complaint to solve the problem.
Please send the damaged products no longer than seven days after receiving the order. All shipping charges will be refunded.
All shipping is ground delivered by Texas Specialty Beverage within the trade zone as specified on the site. Any outer areas are subject to a shipping fee, please call for more information.
